Carnival Glory "Singles Cruise"???
 

3 of my friends and I were are cruising on the Glory Sept. 2-6. This was sold to us as a "Singles Cruise". Any other "Singles" out there going as well???

Is your cruise a singles cruise offered through Carnival or through your TA? If it's through your TA there may be a very small number of singles!

If I were you I'd ask my TA how many singles are booked :) .

Unfortunately, the TA we booked the cruise through sold us a "Singles Cruise" that is NOT a "Singles Cruise". When we asked her about it (after we had already paid), she gave us tips on how to pick up guys on the ship! We just wanted to go on a cruise where there would be more singles than families, not to sleep around. We will still have a great time, but a little disappointed. :cry:

I hope you mean Sept 2-9. Glory sails 7 night cruises. There will probably be more singles, because most of us wait until kids are back in school to cruise.

Either way you will have a blast! I did in 2004 on the Glory. One of my best cruises to date and can't wait until my Sept 16 sailing!

If we were as close to the cruise ports as you and Jodi, we'd be broke LOL !

Oh, Fern, it is hard not to book a cruise every month! With no airfare and able to leave on a moment's notice, it is much cheaper than when I lived in KY.

I am actually looking at an Aug 24 sailing, but have major presentation to give at work when I would get back (To 2 EVPs, the CFO, and SVP and a Director) so just not sure I should take that time off.

It is much easier to be so close and I won't ever move from here for that reason alone - I don't care if it mean a raise - the raise would be elimintated with the airfare I would pay...
