Has Anyone had room 4171 on Carnival Miracle?

Hi. We are going in April '07. It is hard to get an idea of how any or the balcony rooms look, I wanted to know how big the balconies are. Thanks for the reply.

Since you are going after me I will come back and post some photos, I think we are in the same cat just different sides of the ship.

Anything else you wanted to know about the cabin and I will post it when I get back.

We are sailing on October 22, 2006 on the Miracle. We currently have a cat 8 A guarantee cabin and hope for an upgrade. We have sailed three times previously in the last ten years and the last being the Mariner of the Seas on RCCL. Their Balconies were bigger as were their rooms so hope we will not be disappointed. Nervous about the Carnival reputation of party party instead of the RCCL on more mature and more refine.

We sailed (we are in our forties, son 15 and grandparents in separate cabin) the Miracle last April, and truely loved the ship. No problems even though it was spring break time period. Actually found the ship easy to navigate, pleasant and many areas that were quiet to relax in.
You make the trip what you want it to be. No big problems with kids running amok, drunken adults etc. Then again we didn't go to all the hot spots.
One tip--to get to dining area instead of approaching from main elevators etc--walk the length of your cabin deck until you reach the last elevator area, or take stairs and merge into group. This will avoid the photograph congestion area in center. We often took photos way early, or after we ate. There was no line at that time.
