Has anyone parked somewhere other than the port at Mobile? It seems like I read, that for $25.00 you can park at a Hotel called the Admiral Semmes. If so can someone tell me how close it is to the port and how we go about parking there.
The desk clerk at the Admiral Semmes told me this: Yes, you can park there for 25.00 for the five days. You need to come into the hotel first and pay the fee. At that time they will assign you a shuttle t ime. First come first served..They will give you a parking pass to place in yor car. Then you go to the garage. Bring your luggage back to the hotel to await the shuttle. He said he would advise you to get there fairly early if you want an early shuttle. (They st art running around 11:00. T he hot el is only a couple of blocks or so from the terminal so there should be no long waits in between shuttles. They also pick you up after the cruise and take you back to the hotel.
