Default Carnival Freedom Suite Rooms

Hello: Can anyone tell me what the suites are REALLY LIKE and how big they are. We have booked a suite to go to the Western Carribean in Jan 08. Our room # is 7265 on the Empress Deck, 7th Deck....is this a good location to be on the boat? Looking forward to your honest opinions...thanks 8)

I am fairly certain the pictures are of the Cranival Freedom suite cabin......

Go to the Photo Gallery and in the search area look for "Freedom: Grand Suite".

Looks alright to me !! Hope we get an upgrade to the suite from the balcony we already have for November.

I am hoping for an upgrade to a suite from the balcony that I have booked for the transatlantic - 14 days in a suite would be S-W-E-E-T.

Carolina,

You will love the suite. if you can find my Conquest Travelogue from last month, I talk about the suite.

Your location is as perfect as could be, except sleeping in the Capitian's cabin.

You are centrally located, and so close to the elevators, that you will be eating in a matter of minutes.

Hope this helps.

Luanne

Default Carnival Freedom Suites

Hello Luanne: Thanks for the boost of confidence. I am a new cruiser, so was unsure what is really good or negative. I have been keeping my eye on this site (as I didn't know about it before I purchased my cruise) and it has been extremelly helpful. Sooo glad to hear we are in a good location.

Carol,
The location is great. I just arrived today from a cruise aboard the Liberty and actually had room 7266. Elevators are right by the room and you can take them right down to dining or the theatre, with very little walking distance. We had a nice suite that was very spacious.

Luanne..how do you know about sleeping in the " Captain's cabin ? " (VBG)..is that the name of the suite or is that actually where the captain sleeps ?

You know I couldn't let that comment slide !!

Carol.. you will become spoiled if on your very first cruise you will be staying in a suite...some of us have been cruising for years and would not know what deck the suites are on (VBG)

Default Carnival Freedom Suite Rooms

Hi Venice: Originally my husband was coming with me, but he is disabled and can't get around much. We thought if we had a suite, at least he would not feel clostraphobic. Very quickly he realized he just couldn't travel, soooo it was only right to keep the suite and have a friend come with me......is that luck????? Either way, I am looking forward to having it and count my blessing for it....probably if I get to go again on a cruise I will have a stateroom.... 8)
