Default Main Language of Carnival's Crew (Miracle) members

Ok, I know its probably different on every ship but I'm wondering if anyone knows the main language of Carnival's Miracle? Granted they (the crew members) all know English (This is just a presumtion). But.......
While traveling I've noticed that people are delighted if you know how to say "good morning" or "hello" in thier native language.

Thanks for any tips!

Having cruised only once on the Carnivale, we met the officers who were Italian, but other crew members are from all over the world and speak many different languages.
