Default priceline what area do you choose hotel for miami

Hi, I am getting ready to book my hotel and I was wondering what area (is it miami beach,downtown etc...)is closest to the port where Carnival Freedom will be departing,any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!

Bid their downtown zone.. 3 star or 4 star, and you won't go wrong.

I'm staying at InterContinental Hotel Bayside for two nights this month. Great hotel! Got it on Priceline for $100/night - normal rates for that hotel are $250 +

FYI..there is a website thats help you learn how to bid successfully on Priceline. I'm not sure if I can posst the name here. If you are interested PM me and I'll send it to you. They have a link to a bidding method that a mathmatician made up that gives you a lot of extra free rebids.
