Which Port would you choose to do the Atlantis Sub excursion ? need pros and cons please[/list]

I was just in Montego Bay, we did a city tour, never having been to this city there before..I decided I am all done with Jamacia...that said I would opt to do Atlantis sub there, it would be more interesting than what we did. More interesting things to do in Coz..jmho......
