Default Question about B2B's

When you book a B2B cruise do you get to stay in the same room? Do you have to get off the ship only to stand in line and get back on?? I am just curious as I see that alot of people do the B2B's. I may want to do this sometime myself. Thanks in advance for answering my crazy questions.

You have to book the same cabin to get to stay in the same cabin
So if you want to do a back to back it's wise to book early.

On the turn around day, you're escorted off the ship to go through customs & immigration, and then if you like you can simply walk back on.

If you like you can get off for the day and return to the ship later in the day, but do not have to go through the check in process again.

Kuki is right-on on the cabin & booking. Book both cruises at the same time and early, and hopefully you'll keep the same cabin. The wife and I booked ours months apart, and we only had to move 7- cabins down. :o Our room stewardess moved everything down for us.

About mid way through your cruise, you'll get a letter under your door telling you where you need to go and what time on your debarkation day. We had to report to the Pursers Desk at 9.00 am .

Romana from Carnival , escorted us through customs and processed our new S & S cards and were escorted right back on the ship. Its real neat, and makes you feel like a true VIP Once on the ship, we went up to the Lido Deck and relaxed before the new passengers came onboard . We have seen New Orleans many times, and did not care to see the sights again.
If we did a B2B again, I would want to do one where the first cruise went to the Western side, and the second cruise went to the Eastern side . Or transverse.

Happy cruising to all;
David

Thanks for the information, we will keep that in mind next time we decide to book.
