When you book a B2B cruise do you get to stay in the same room? Do you have to get off the ship only to stand in line and get back on?? I am just curious as I see that alot of people do the B2B's. I may want to do this sometime myself. Thanks in advance for answering my crazy questions.

Kuki is right-on on the cabin & booking. Book both cruises at the same time and early, and hopefully you'll keep the same cabin. The wife and I booked ours months apart, and we only had to move 7- cabins down. :o Our room stewardess moved everything down for us.
About mid way through your cruise, you'll get a letter under your door telling you where you need to go and what time on your debarkation day. We had to report to the Pursers Desk at 9.00 am .
Romana from Carnival , escorted us through customs and processed our new S & S cards and were escorted right back on the ship. Its real neat, and makes you feel like a true VIP Once on the ship, we went up to the Lido Deck and relaxed before the new passengers came onboard . We have seen New Orleans many times, and did not care to see the sights again.
If we did a B2B again, I would want to do one where the first cruise went to the Western side, and the second cruise went to the Eastern side . Or transverse.
Happy cruising to all;
