Default Carival looks at this site, what islands would you combine?

One of my post started with, IF YOU COULD PLAN YOUR OWN CRUISE... Forget that, lets get Carnival to change the ports to what we want to go to in the future. Let's show the newcomers a good time from our past cruises. LETS BLOW THE FUTURE CRUISES AWAY, even if they're just taking their first cruise!!!

I vote for Aruba. Bonaire and Curacao
They currently do not sail there so we have to take a different cruise line (which I did not want to do!!!)

My favorite plausible itinerary is the Southern Caribbean. Antigua and St Kitts are tops in my book. San Juan has much appeal due to the history of Old San Juan and the nearby rainforest El Yunque.
A 7 day out Florida going to those 3 islands would sound enticing.

More cruises to La Paz and other west coast places. Starting and ending round trip out of Long Beach, San Pedro, San Francisico, and San Diego. Think Acapulco.

Default Gulf Coast

I love to cruise ( Platinum ) but I hate to fly. I can drive to Galveston / Houston in about 10 hours, or Mobile in a little more.
My problem is Cozumel, Montego bay, and Progresso. They were nice the first few times, but now I don't care to even get off the ship.
WHY NOT Key West, Belize, Roatan, or Tampa Bay, along with Grand Cayman. The truth is, we'll probably just stay in Galveston or South Padre for a week next year instead of cruising to Cozumel and Jamaica.

I prefer Bermuda to the caribbean so I'd like to find out much more about the new cruise I just heard about, but only caught "part' of the conversation. Something about Leaving Baltimore, heading to Bermuda and then onto Florida Keys, then back to Balitmore. This would be a cruise made in heaven to me.

Anyone know what line is running this new itinerary next year????

I do know it's 8 or 9 days.

Thanks!

Default Out of Galveston

I love Costa Maya, Would like to see Carnival out of Galveston like RC

Cozumel, Cancun, Costa Maya, Belize, Rotan. 7+days or even a 10+ days where you could be in port several evenings.

I like the plan for the Key West and Bahamas in 2009 They could
extend this to see more than those two ports?
Overnight in the Bahamas would be nice

I love overnight stops on cruise ships. We had 2 overnights on a Hawaii cruise last year. Bob

I doubt that any ship could get to the southern Caribbean and back in 7 days. If they ever do, I'll be on it. Not crazy about Dutch Antilles, but love any and all of the rest. We take HAL for those.
I would love to SKIP Cayman and Cozumel. They are both just so crowded that I have a hard time enjoying myself. Give me the private island, Belize, Roatan, Costa Maya, even Jamaica.

They already have my Dream itinery... the Western Dream, when that comes around. (Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize and Roatan.)

Now, if they'd just sail a smaller ship for it, so it could fit under the Skyway over Tampa Bay.... so Tampa would be the home port.

Or maybe take out Belize and/or Roatan and have an overnight or two in Cozumel...

Oh, it just came to me... Tampa the home port, all Eastern Mexico: Progresso, Costa Maya, Cozumel, and either an overnight or a stop in Calica.

Heaven on Earth is MEXICO... IMO, of course! (And yes I did live there, and would again in a heartbeat!)

well, i dont know if they would do it, but why cant galveston cruises cruise to florida/bahamas/ and other eastern caribbean ports?

I know i could fly or drive to florida, but we just cant afford to fly, its actually cheaper to cruise to italy than fly lol.

Seriously, i wish each port had more variety, like every other cruise cruise a different path.

I thought they were doing that with conquest in galveston, but either they pulled the plug or they are so popular that they are sold out into next year!

I think they start the eastern from Galveston in February.
