Honeymoon on Carnival Liberty
 

I would like to get feedback on the Carnival Liberty ship. We are planning on doing our honeymoon cruise in the Baltic and have a few choices. Carnival seems to be the least expensive, but still nice. Has anyone done this cruise? Did you like it? How was the ship? Any information would be great. We are first time cruisers. Thanks! :D

The Liberty is a beautiful ship! One of the prettiest Atriums I have seen. They have the seaside theatre that they play movies on deck at night and they have karaoke under the stars which is a blast. The night club is one of the coolest I have seen on a ship. Really great decor, had a great comedy show at midnight. The food was good and if he is still working on this ship, look for bartender Tommy. He is a hoot and looks like Mr. Myagi from Karate kid.

Been on the Liberty twice! Love, love, love, that ship. We did the Eastern route on her and Panama. The 2nd time the food was even better. Best waiter ever, Ozzie!! We were so spoiled our last time on her, it is going to be hard to beat that cruise! Great choice for your anniversarys, honeymoons!!

We were on the Liberty is Dec of 07 and it was absolutely beautiful. Food was great, staff was great (with the exception of a few) and loved the movies too! We also had a really great bartender at the casino bar and I just found out that she is still on the Liberty. Her name is Emma (she is from the Phillipines) and absolutely a fantastic person. I am sure you will have a great time! We did the 8 night eastern caribbean cruise but I bet yours will be super! When are you going??

Our wedding is in March, but my fiance is a teacher...so we are going on the Cruise in July 2009.

Thanks for all your good advice and feedback. I feel a lot more comfortable booking the Carnival Liberty for our honeymoon.

I was n this ship last October. It is a lovely ship. I was so impressed with the large chandelier in the atrium and the ever changing colors of the bulbs. this ship is stunning.
