Default Carnival Freedom

I am thinking about taking an 8 day cruise on the Carnival Freedom. I have sailed on the Valor and loved the ship. I have been reading on some reviews that people don't like the Freedom as much and were very disappointed with the ship. I am would like to hear from people on what they think. How does it compare to other ships of the same class? What do people like and dislike about the ship? Are the differences easily passed over? Thank you all for your help.

I LOVE the Freedom. She is very modern and in VERY good condition. She is very smooth and you can't even fell she is moving. I would defiantly recommend cruising on her. She is one of my favorite ships.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Freedom. Some people seem to think the decor is over the top while others love it. Nothing that would keep you from having a great cruise.

Totally agree - what is one person's cup of tea is another person's sour lemonade. Everyone has their own individual taste.

Regardless of the decor of a ship, it is the experience of the cruise that matters. At least IMO, decor has little to do with that experience. I can dance in a gaudy nightclub just as easy as I can dance in a suave nightclub.

I don't think the Freedom's decor is off the top. It is one of the less "over the top" decors carnival has.

The Pride is one of the ships that has kind of a weird decor.

Default Thank you

Thank You all this has been a great help. I was kinda thinking that it was a nice ship and that the reviewer just liked the other ships and was expecting it to be the same. Once I have my vacation time secured I will defiantly be booking a cruise on the Freedom. Cherylroy I look forward to reading your review on the Freedom. Thank you all again
