Default The stress over the online documents!

I am printing everything to get ready for my cruise on Sunday. The TA told me to go online and print the funpass and the document for the shuttle transfers to the airport. This is the first time I have taken the shuttle. I have been searching for this document to print and it's not there. I have a call into the TA regarding the problem, and I was charged for it from Carnival. Could I be missing it somewhere?

It is part of your "my documents". I had to increase the size of my documents to actually find it. It is just a single page. Good luck and have fun

It is part of the my documents just like someone else said. If you type in your info and it will bring you all your documents. It should be there.

I finally got to it. Carnival was having website issues and no matter how many times I clicked on View Documents, nothing happened. Thanks everyone!

For all those that don't like the online documents and prefer to get the pretty little blue book in the mail... I found out from Carnival if you don't click on "View Documents" ever. You will receive the blue book. Anybody try this?

I did get my blue book in the mail. But because the airport transfer was booked after the fact, I had to go in and print.
