Exact same ship, different decor. 8) My choice would be Valor but either is a good choice.

Both Valor and Glory are "Conquest Class" ships, and in that respect they are very much the same. Decor aboard the two is considerably different, and I suppose a matter of taste. I personally prefer Valor, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with Glory. Either ship will be a super cruise.

Marine, Pilot, Singer, Tuba Player, Carnival "Diamond"!

Like everyone else said they are the same class of ship. I have never been on either ships, but the Valor is a newer ship.

I have never been on the Glory, but both ships (just like everyone else said) are the same with the exception of the public room decor. To pick between these two I would consider itinerary and transportation costs difference to Port Canaveral vs Miami.

The Glory was launched in 2003 and the Valor in 2004. That's virtually the same age..... which in my book is new and modern enough.
I've been on the Valor and can highly recomend it, which means her sister ship the Glory must be her equal.
The only legitimate criterion in the choice between the two would be itineraries/ports of call.
PAST TRIPS= Enchanted Capri

I echo Troth - we were on Glory the week Valor took her maiden voyage.

For some very nice pics of Valor check out Cutiecat's post under the dining room attire thread currently active.

All I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by; John Masefield

We did the Glory in Dec 2004 and the Valor in Dec 2005. Really there is very little difference between the two. I would gladly sail on either one of them again. Then again I would be happy to sail on any ship again.
