I read here that you could get cards for ten drink of the day or regular mixed drinks. I just tried to find this on the Carnival web site, and found an answer to a question dated last August, and she said there was no such thing? What's the real skinny?

I know for sure that the Carnival Bon Voyage will sell full bottles of hard liquor to be delievered to you cabin. The prices a quite a bit higher than a normal store. But it saves you the hassle of "sneaking" it on. You would call the Bon Voyage Department. To speak with a Customer Service representative, please call toll-free: 1-800-522-7648 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Eastern Time.
Here is a link to the website for 4 drink coupons. http://www.carnival.com/BonVoyage/Ad...rItems&pid=BAR I don't see any 10 drink coupons. There is a different set for soda coupons or wait until you get on board and buy a fountain card. The card will get you sodas for the whole cruise.

Those drink coupons are for 5 DODs. You get your first one in a hurricane glass and the other 4 in a regular glass. They're $23 and sold at any bar onboard. You can't get them online.

I have bought a bottle before and the price was $40 for a FULL quart bottle. The same type of liquor at home cost around $22 for a 750 ml bottle that is not a FULL quart. (a full quart is 946.35 ml)
It is more expensive but much cheaper than buying drinks and if you buy it thru Bon Voyage it is completely legal to have in your room.
Hi, its me again. I actually found them on line...go to shopping, gifts, specialty items. The coupons are 4 for 21.25 and are good for up to $5.25 on any drink. So......you don't save anything, just can give Carnival the money up front. I think I'll pay as I go

Yup the bottle is cheaper and the rum goes great will the fruit punch in the buffet. Since Carnival doesn't allow you to buy the bottle for the website, most people don't realize it can be done. I think with flights and all that it's just easier to order it through Carnival and have the bottle waiting in your cabin.
