Default Carnival PRIDE question????

This is our first sailing with Carnival & we booked a Cat. 11 - Suite 6173.
The pictures, of the suite, looked very, very nice! Just wondered if anyone
had any info about their suites & dh wonders if the balcony door is a slider or opens out? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Pudy

Hi, We sailed The Pride in April out of Miami its a beautiful ship not sure what all the nude art is about but still a nice ship. Our room 8233 was a balcony and the door opened out to the deck not a slider. We proped it open with a deck chair to get a nice breeze at night and the sound of the waves was a nice added feature while we slept. We were very happy with the room and besides most of your time in the room is either sleeping or showering.

Hope this helps

we had a suite 7245 I think was the cabin number. Door is not a slider. If this is your first suite you will be very impressed. We got one (free upgrade) on our very first cruise. It was amazing. Enjoy it. I might have pictures on a computer disk, will look if you want pictures and I'll look up our past cruise on carnival website to give you exact cabin number to use as a deck plan reference. Let me know

You will have a sliding balcony door and a larger balcony than a standard balcony cabin.

You will also have a private sitting/dressing area. The bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. It isn't a large bath tub but large enough for one person.

Enjoy the extra room and your cruise on the Carnival Pride.

Take care,
Mike
