insurance from home port?

Leaving from a home port - Belize, Honduras and cozumel. Should I get the insurance? We are in our early/mid 50's and healthy.

Anytime you travel you should consider having medical and trip cancellation.
Medical covers more then just medical but the cost of a medvac
back a hospital or to the US/Canada.
Even if you homeport in Florida , you still might have cancel for medical
or family reason's. If no insurance you would lose the cost of the
cruise.

true - funny thing is I didn't think I bought it, but actually did in april! Getting old............. I'm covered. thanks for the advice
