Default Handi Cap Parking - Tampa

Is there a reduced rate for parking a handicap vehicvle at Port of Tampa?

Only at Miami, thats the only port I know of.

Well, actually disabled vets get it in Galveston.

Absolutely free in Charleston.My understanding it is free if you have a lift on your vehicle and no reduction for handicap card only in Ft. Lauderdale.
