I want to book a flight arriving in fort lauderdale at 10:50. Is that ok for a cruise leaving out of Miami at 4:00

I used to live in fort lauderdale and provided no luggage or plane issues you should be more than fine.

I was on a flight that landed at 11:00 and was onboard and eating lunch at noon. I will say although, it was the quickest time getting onboard Allure of the Seas, we literally walked on. They also did your sign/sail pic right there at the desk, so no waiting in line for that. They also had 4-6 different different photo opts before getting onboard, so it was also easy to skip that.

We are on Liberty. Friends live in Miami and will be picking us up at the airport.

Your flight arrival time should not be a problem at all unless there was some significant delays with your flight... you have a pretty decent cushion of time to allow for possible delays as well.
