Default Hairdryers

Hi, I am sailing on the Victory and have heard like most ships, their dryers are not very powerful. If I bring my own, will it be taken away and held until the end of the trip? I know they do not like you to bring your own electrical applicances. I really would prefer my own.

Thank you for your help. Getting so excited!!!

You can bring your own hair dryer with no issues. Many times they are not the strength you want/need, and, I have had one that didn't work. Bring a power strip for all your electronics...not enough plugs in the cabin.

Lori, I hope you have a dream cruise...enjoy!

Trip, with her book & tea!

+1 on the power strip. If you have several electronic devices that use USB to charge, get one of the strips with a couple of USB outlets. It will save space not having to have chargers plugged into the strip.

My wife always brings hairdryers with no problem from the cruise ship.
