Could someone who has recently sailed on the Carnival Valor please tell me which nights are formal nights? We are sailing the Eastern Caribbean and visiting Grand Turk, St. Maarten, St.Kitts, and St. Thomas. Thanks

Although it's always subject to change, almost always it'll be the 2nd night (Monday night) and the 6th night (Friday night).
