Anyone have an opinion of the Radisson Bahia Mar Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale? I have reserved rooms there for our November 01 cruise. Just wondered if anyone has stayed there if so, how they liked it.
We stayed there last year. We wanted to go to the Hyatt Pier 66 but they were full. It's okay. The pool is out of the hotel and it is fine. they have a walkway to the beach and the food is fine. If your there for a day or two it's okay. I guess I would say it's a clean and neat facility. Nothing to make it stand out and nothing to make me want to go back.
Thanks for the answer Willy Paul. We too have stayed at the Hyatt Pier 66 and would love to again, however, it is full this time (we need 6 rooms). My TA made the reservations at the Radisson and I just was curious if there was any glaring reason to stay, or not stay, there.
Anyone else have suggestions or information on where (or where not) to stay for 2 nights pre-cruise and 1 night post cruise? We prefer to stay at a hotel where :
a. they have shuttle from airport and to the ship
b. they have water taxi access ( makes it not only easy, but fun, for us mid-westerners to get around and see the intercoastal waterway :o)
c. they have a restaurant/lounge
d. the rates are no more than $130.00 per night
Thanks agin for any and all info.
