Kuki--how is the response for this one going? Can't seem to find too many people on the boards who are booked for this one. Thought it would be a popular cruise on Constellation.

I'd like to do an East Coast fall sailing on the Constellation in 2005 but I'd like to avoid NYC in doing so, except as a visiting port. I've heard it is a nightmare to get into and out of for embarkation and debarkation. Does Celebrity have a repositioning cruise that would go all the way from Canada to Florida like Princess does? We like the longer cruises and want to avoid NYC.

Personally I think the excitement and thrill of sailing out of NY will be worth an hour or so's inconvenience we might face getting in and out of the port area.

HCAT.. havent talked to the agent on this one for awhile, so really don't know what the reaction has been. I have had e-mails from a few others who are booked though.

Hopefully as time progresses, we'll get more booking, and more showing up on the boards, who have booked already.

Frank--IMHO. better to go via NYC than Bayonne NJ which is where Royal ships will sail from --Guess it depends where you are coming from..We are on LI so will just hire a car/limo & endure the crowds! Our least favorite are cruises leaving from Miami--
