Celebrity Summit - Panama Canal

We are thinking of taking this cruise on 31 March next year. Can anybody give me information on it. We have held Cabin 8086 on Panorama Deck. It is Concierge Class with balcony. Is this deck ok? Could we possibly get better?

Fantastic! Celebrity's full transit between either San Diego or Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale is the positively the best "Panama Canal" itnierary that I have seen on any cruise line!

I think that all of the cabin decks above the promandes are pretty much equivalent. A deck higher means one deck fewer going up to the pool, the buffet, the gym, and the disco but one deck more going down to the shops, the "guest relations" desk, the shops, and the theater. Since I go both ways an equal amount, it really does not matter.

Of course, you could always get a better cabin if you are willing to pay for it, unless you have already booked the best suite on the ship. Personally, I don't spend enough time in my cabin to care what kind of cabin it is....
