Thanks

It depends how you booked.

>> If you booked your hotel through Celebrity Cruises, the hotel package includes the transfer from the hotel to the pier. If not, the transfer from the hotel to the ship is your responsibility.

>> If you also booked your flights through Celebrity Cruises, the flight package includes transfers to and from the airport. If not, the transfers to and from the airport are your responsibility (but you can purchase transfers from the pier to the airport on the day of embarkation separately).

In any case, taxis in San Juan are pretty reasonable. For two people, the cost of a taxi, including tip, is about the same as the cost of Celebrity's transfer service. For three or four people, the taxi is more economical.

Celebrity as pretty much the same for all the Cruise Lines will do transfers for clients only if they do a pre or post Hotel with them . If you booked your own hotel they will not. I never do cruise line transfers with any of my sailings out of San Juan , Taxi's are very reasonable .

We have never payed over $30.00 one way for a group of six when we take taxi's from the Airport to the Pier. And the advantage is that you arrive at the pier usually way ahead of anyone that does have the ship transfers . So depending on where you are staing it should not be to expensive, however we were there in January and since the Gas prices have gone up they could be a little higher now. Hope this helps !!
