Default wine on board equinox

hi

Does anyone know if you can bring your own wine onboard equinox.

I have done this onboard other cruises. i had to pay a fee to open them in the restaurant. I could drink them in the cabin.

I know that some companies take the bottles away when you come on board the ship and you get them back when you disembark. On Oceania it was not a problem, you could bring your own wine.

Yes, you can bring one bottle per adult in the stateroom. Corkage is either $20 or $25, can't remember but you can drink it in your room for free.

Just to clarify, you can bring two 750ml bottles of wine or champagne per stateroom onboard at the initial embarkation port only. And the corkage fee is $25 if you bring it into any bar or dining venue.

We always take a bottle of champagne to enjoy the Lido Deck to celebrate the beginning of our cruise as we pull away from port and a bottle of wine to enjoy in our cabin or on our balcony.

As you mentioned, other cruise lines have different policies. I know on our 17-night Oceania cruise, we were bringing alcohol onboard at just about every port without any problems.

Above is correct,, you can bring two bottles per stateroom, not 1 per person. If you have three people, still only two bottles, if 1 person, two bottles. These bottles may only be taken on upon embarkation, you are not allowed to bring them on in ports. If you attempt to bring them on at ports, they will be confiscated and returned at the end of the cruise. There are some exceptions for the special wine cruises.

Yes, Don is quite correct, I mistakenly gave you Princess's policy not Celebrity.
