Its a very nice Port. You can get to the port from the airport in minutes. There is the Star of India and a great seafood restaurant (Top of the Hill) Easy embarkation they have a nice modern terminal. If you Have time there is lots to do and see such as the SD Zoo, Sea World or the Gas light District for Restaurants and nite life.

Re -embarkation. Never Embarked, just dis-embarked. Nice modern facility. Very smooth we were off the, Statendam, & on our way to Vegas very quickly. No problems at all. Have a "Great" cruise. Bon Voyage.

You mean to tell me that the Star of India is STILL there beside Anthony's!! My goodness, that ship was there when I lived in SD back in the early 70's!

It's a breeze! Beautiful port, nice people, great sites and modern, uncrowded facility.

Spending pre-cruise there before 11/5 Panama Canal on Radiance. Anyone have any information about transportation to Barona Casino and good restaurants in area. Staying at Raddison. Planning to do the 2 hour harbor cruise. Recommend anything else?
