Default design a ship!!

Once you have sailed on a variety of different cruise lines, you quickly learn what you like and don't like...Lets design a ship......maybe call it the Pearl Princess How would you design it? Was there an atrium you adored? Enchantment of the sea,]How about a pool you loved to dip your toes in?[the old Seward] What about that fabulous dining room? So who cares if what you design may be bigger then the Freedom Ship Tell us about your favorite things..Also, was there a ship so over designed your eyes popped? Or a ship that needed a Christopher Lowell makeover? Please share..........

Fresh water pools and hot tubs - open 24/7 except for maintenance; Adult only pools and other areas.

Hot tubs that are hot!

All buffets have cooked-to-order stations.

A promenade deck that truly wraps around the entire ship.

I'm sure I'll think of some more soon....

Cheers,

A day that lasts 28 hours so you can do everything you want and still get enough sleep.

Fresh water pools and hot tubs - open 24/7 except for maintenance;

Adult only pools (that the rule is enforced) and other areas.

Hot tubs that are hot!

More Non smoking ships.

LOVE THE MEGA SHIPS!!!!

More and BIGGER windows in the dining room to enjoy the view.

No such thing as a window/porthole room. All rooms that would have fallen in this catagory would now have balconies!

More medium size ships. Fitfy to 80,000 tons....No need for larger....I want a ship....not a hotel . I don't want to see 3000 other people on my vacation...

Trip,

Once you have sailed on a variety of different cruise lines, you quickly learn what you like and don't like...Lets design a ship......maybe call it the Pearl Princess How would you design it? Was there an atrium you adored? Enchantment of the sea,]How about a pool you loved to dip your toes in?[the old Seward] What about that fabulous dining room? Basically, I would modify the layout of standard cabins aboard MV Sun Princess to include a sitting area with two chairs and a table, as aboard MV Tahitian Princess (formerly MV R4) and reconfigure the head and storage as aboard MV Grand Princess. This may require some changes in the layout of the cabin decks and perhaps some reduction in the number of cabins. I also would provide a larger dance floor in the Wheelhouse Bar. Finally, I would replace the cabins between the casino and the aft elevators and stairs on the Dolphin Deck with a business and computer center (or "Internet cafe"). That would be about perfection in a cruise ship.

Norm.
