[b]Pretty darn warm here for winter months, but I know many places seeing the cold end of the spectrum already.
Wondering how many of us have winter getaways planned already? Cruise or otherwise?[b]

I do. Not a cruise but we're flying to Hilo on the 19th. Decided last Christmas, after five days of non-stop driving, visiting, etc, that in 2002 I was going to see how a palm tree was decorated!

Going on the Paradise Feb. 23rd. Winter returned to northern Wisconsin today, hard frost on the car this morning. I can't wait to see the beach in Feb.
If the airfare is right we might visit my parents in Florida for a long weekend in January.

We are going to check out HAL's new Zuiderdam Feb. 1. A perfect time - we'll have enough time to get over the holidays and then it will be time to pack and leave for vacation.

32 days till EOS!! Almost makes me want to fast forward the holidays. It's been cold, snowy and (mostly) gray here in SW OH. Warming trend coming this weekend--5os. At least the snow is almost all gone. Instead of dreaming of a white Christmas I am dreaming of the W. Carib.

I'll be in Jupiter Florida for the month of January with my dog Frosty the Snowman. My dear sweet hard working hubby will get to join us on the weekends.

In April we are off to Hawaii on the Infinity. Can hardly wait for that.

Jake has a snowmobile trip in upper Minnesota planned for the end of February, if you want to call that a winter get away.

We are camping in the RV over Christmas in Texas.. Can't wait! No cruises planned yet but we are doing last minute ones. Looking at May for Alaska. Winter in Houston isn't so bad though - we've been at 75 degrees all week. Hope it lasts! Debbie

Think I am a teeny tiny bit late on the thread.........BUT, here goes anyway. We are leaving here on the 24th. Arriving FLL on the 25th, meeting up with Kim and husband Chuck for a Christmas repast on the beach. Sounding good so far ?????

Dec. 26th sailing for 16 days. Spending 2 post cruise days in Santiago.

Watch the Panama Canal Cam on the 31st. Likely to see a Canadian Flag proudly displayed.
