My tab, which always includes a few tours, on average for both the wife and I runs about $700. That also includes the few logo items I purchase onboard and gifts for grandkids. We do not drink so that portion of our bill is usually less than $50 for both of us for soda during a 7 day cruise.
Our onboard tabs usually run around $250 per day not counting gambling or massages. Included in that amount is Michelob, wine at dinner, Michelob, souveniers, Michelob, pictures, Michelob, shore excursions, Michelob, shoreside lunch and Michelob.
It's Gram that spends all the money. For me, a few Coronas, a couple of bottles of wine and a few snorkeling excursions. For Gram there are the all day see the whole country in 10 hours tours that she makes me go on, inch of gold, loose gemstones, a few small things for the grandchildren (we are talking extra suitcase here) the diet cokes and the Cova Coffee. Figure a $200 bar tab, $400 "shop" tab and $75 to $150 per port for excursions. For a 7 day cruise probably $1000 ship tab. (Then if St. Thomas or Aruba are on the list of ports the "off ship" tab will make the ship tab look cheap.)
Ours is usually anywere from $300/$500 depending on if whe have to sign up for excursions onboard. This next cruise I've got everything pre-booked, so its already on the credit card, so may be a nice lower tab???
We average about $100 to $150 a day for bar bill alone. (my dh thinks that he should buy everyone on board a drink, or two!!) I figure it this way, its his vacation to do what he wants and I enjoy watching him have a good time.
Our sign sail can run anywhere between $700 and $1200 for 7 day cruise all depends on how the buckets of beer are going down and of course the dreaded casino!!!!

mbuckallew, you beat me to it! I was singing the same song when I read that ma ma ma ma my coronas! As for the bill, a couple hundred, mostly tours, souvenirs and bar.
Boy, I'm glad I switched to MGD, so the supply will be saved, of course, that's if I'm not drinking wine or margarita's!
I usually spend between 200-300 but depends on whether I do excursions. I don't put the casino on the card because I have to limit myself so I don't have a problem.
I remember on a 14 day cruise, walking down the hall the last day, and there were all these pocket file folders standing by cabin doors, where the bills were too big to slide under the door! Can you imagine?? Me with my two pieces of paper!!!
I was so tempted to look at the last page on one but could visualize me bending over to look and someone yanking their cabin door open and I'd fall in the cabin!!! (G)

Re: POLL- What's your AVERAGE onboard TAB?
Off the ship tab.....usually around $200 dollars, unless I book a private tour then it goes up a little. S&S card - usually runs between $500 and $700 dollars (those damn spa treatments really add up!)
