Hi Steve and those that follow. We are in Capetown, South Africa. We are docked in Jetty 2 right next to the Victoria Wharf. Cana walk across the street to the Mall. We will be docked here for 3 more days. TGhe scenery is wonderful.
Tomorrow we rent a car and tour the area including the Cape of Good Hope. Ron & Judy will be returning from a trip up north where they visited Victoria Falls and Kruegar National park. That will be a whirlwind trip for them. They left fcrom Durban to return to the ship this afternoon.
We are still well, trying to stay away from lthe many passengers who have colds.
Good morning from Mount Hope. Just in from night shift and it's a chilly -3C outside. The sky is starry like a clear and beautiful ship evening. High today of 10C, should decrease the height of the snowbanks to under two feet.
Good morning friends! Ray, thanks so much for keep us updated. It sounds like you are really enjoying youselves! Stay away from those colds! Looks like spring may arrive in Pittsburgh this weekend...I sure hope so. You all have a great day.

Good morning from Orlando. Nice to "see" you again Denise.....hope all is well. I'm getting a little later start this morning since my son has on orthodontist appt. The hard part is over. The braces came off last November. I see a cruise everytime he smiles!
Good morning from SWFL....week is almost over and I am glad. Today our daughter has an audition for singing in school and she is so nervous! She will be singing the new song from jenny Owens. If I could sing the way she does I would not be nervous!
I did check into chat last night which I hardly ever do and the place was pretty empty! But it was nice chatting with Tweets and Marc Thanks!
Everyone have a nice day!

Good morning from Long Island, New York. Snow is melting and the temps are rising, slowly but rising nonetheless. Should make it to the 60's by the weekend.
Ray so glad to hear that you and Helen are safe and well and enjoying the cruise. Seems like you've been gone for such a long time now. Can't wait to see the pictures you're sure to return with. And Y2C you just gotta get a life, you're working too hard these days. :-)
Good Morning from the Arizona desert! I'll be happy to send some of our spring to those of you who are lamenting a lack thereof! We're already i the 90's! Too hot too soon! ! I told you that you guys would be able to say nyah nyah, nyah to me before too long! The good thing is that they say we should have ONE MORE cool-down starting early next week, maybe even back down into the 70's and maybe with RAIN! That would be great, because we really need the moisture.
Good Morning cruisemates.. from the Stampede City. No heat wave here yet, but temps in the 50s F expected for the balance of the week.
I'm still convalescing at home, but knees are getting better.
All things considered, I'd rather be with Ray and Helen by Cape of Good Hope.
Mount Hope is just above Hamilton. It is the small town where Hamilton Airport (YHM) is located. We are actually considered Hamilton as all the small towns around the Hamilton Region were amalgamated into Hamilton (including Dindas, Ancaster, Glanbrook, Glanford, Binbrook, Flamborough, Waterdown, Lynden,...). We refuse to let go because Mount Hope sounds so much prettier. If you have a map, find Hamilton then start your finger up Hwy 6 towards Port Dover. When your finger crosses Hwy 53, on the right side of Hwy 6, you are in Mount Hope. The airport is the heart of Mount Hope.
I have mounting hope that I'm going to win the $30 Million this Friday!
