Every thing was going nicely for the last month. Now my life is up side down.

I will not be getting any vacation pay for the time we are gone - - $000.00

Have an nice day.
Sorry....how does one break a shower door?
I know all about sons, and the amazing amounts of food they can put away.
I hope things turn around for you right away. Money is extremely tight here too, just one thing after another, that's why I have no cruises in sight. I'm hoping for a turn around too.
Brighter Days are Coming!

Time for that second job. That way you don't have to look at the stacks of clothes, or watch your son eat you out of house and home. Put up a shower curtain instead of a door! Cheaper. HaHa
Everything goes hay wire right before you are ready to leave on vacation!
Don't talk to me about stressed out! First there;s my mother suffering the effects of chemo. Then there's the son who's anger and moods have now identified him as A.D.D. and depressed. Then there's the daughter as yet undiagnosed suffering symptoms of depression, anxiety and eating disorder. Not to mention me about to go off the deep end. And we had to cancel our cruise on top of that, so there's no relief in sight. Yes, I know stress, it's my middle name!
(P.S. enjoy your cruise Carole, and thanks, I will try to have a nice day!)
OK now try to imagine being in Bagdad right now - that can put everyone's problems in perspective! I know we all have so many things going on but there is always someone who is worse off. I am rereading Danielle Steel's Message from Nam and it really brings a little perspective of what it might be like over there and how people here at home and all their problems seem trivil to those in the war zone... interesting book at this time in our history..... Have a great day everyone and look for the sunset today and imagine how wonderful it felt on your last cruise staring out over an ocean with the sun setting and the sound of the waves against the ship... One day... Debbie
Dont feel bad Sea Trekker, heres my sad story:
Washer broke (dryer was already glued and stapled together) so I had to get a new washer and dryer $$$...Son needs braces, my dental insurance covers NONE of it $$$$...my dog is having surgery on Thursday $$$...I DO have another cruise booked, and the balance of it is due in March $$$$...got the bill for my recent physical therapy, my wonderful insurance paid 80% and of course now they want my 20% $$$...You take one step forward and two steps back..
Roller D - I feel for you. As I have said, my beautiful Mother passed away last year at the age of 66. It was a sudden illness that progressed very fast. She was well one day, and 2 weeks later she was gone. Hang in there Donna! I am keeping you and your family in my prayers.
