Hey everyone, Just been putting the final touches on a new Cruisemates Group Cruise to replace the one that was scheduled for the HAL Zuiderdam that we cancelled because they could not gty everything they promised. So, new TA and new cruise and it is unbeliveable and this agent has been used often and always keeps her word and then some. INfo will be up soon but I can tell you that it will be onboard the Carnival Glory out of Port Canaveral the 10th of Sept. 2005 to the Western Caribbean. Prices for a Balcony GTY will be $789pp and that includes port and taxes AND there will be a $50 per cabin shipboard credit And some other extras as well! Cat 4A are only $549pp and these are GTY cabins so a chance of an upgrade is there. Ports will be Key West, Belize, Cozumel, and Progresso so there is something for everyone and I have talked with the man that should be the CD then and he has also said how much he is looking forward to this group. This one sounds great also. However, after last years fiasko cruising during Hurricane season I have made a pledge never to cruise in September again.

Once again, another I would do, but can't....for a very good reason...That cruise returns to port on the day before I fly out of Orlando for my Hawaii cruise on the Spirit. I did that Glory cruise in August and had a blast - I would do it again in a heartbeat. However, someone needs to plan a get together for the night before and I will be there. I was hoping to make it to Ft. Lauderdale tonight, but I have too much to do at work to get off early to make the 3 hour drive. I hope eveyone has fun tonight!!!

I am sitting here hoping I get a job real quick. I love this cruise and the rates are super. I am considering taking Patty on this with me. I have been checking into air from Boston and finding $162 rt. Could it get any better than that?? what a deal. I want to fly a day early if I do go on this one any suggestions for accomodations? How much for transportation from Orlando to the port area? I want to stay as near to the port as possible. One more question, does anyone have an address for a cam of this port? Reading this post anyone would think this was my first cruise that I was considering.

Rats! Kuki, you are making me re-think my Sept 11 cruise on the Miracle.....If I had known about this cruise a week earlier, I *might* have been able to talk my family into cruising on the Glory again. The western IS, after all, the itinerary we tried for last year on the Glory, but Hurricanes Jeanne, Frances and Ivan had other ideas....
I'll get on a CM cruise one of these days....

Looks like we will have a large and great crowd as we already have bookings and it isn't even really up yet! <VBG> Dot, tell your relatives that the Glory came open at wonderful prices, (cheaper than yours I am sure), and you are all going to change to that ship. You can cancel your bookings with no penalty. <> Would love to have you and we are really going to have lots of fun!
