Please help. Can anyone give me any information about this ship. I have searched the web all night for the last few weeks and got nowhere. I have managed to pick up some pictures but it looks so small (a glorified ferry comes to mind) My mum and dad wish to do this trip on this boat for there 60th birthday but it is a lot of money for a room with a balcony and the balconies are really enclosed and the swinning pool looks like a postage stamp
Please anyone with information help me out Give me good and bad feed back as I'd rather save my money and book later in the year and travel further a field to sail with the BIG boys.
Location: Wisconsin....about 100 miles south of the Frozen Tundra and 70 miles east of Camp Randall
Re: Help mv Athena
While she is a very small ship, those smaller, intimate ships seem to get great reviews! Also you get to know your fellow passengers and the crew and staff. Yes, the Athena may not have all the ammenities, but if your parents know what they are getting into and this is what they want, I say let them go for it!
