Pretty sure it is going to go in the Naples/Ft Meyers area. Probably come ashore as a cat 2 but I think it will get to, or nearly at a cat 4 before weakening. I wish it would just go away but it looks like it will come across the state this weekend. I don't think it will be that bad as most of the shakey trees and limbs etc have all been blown away from earlier this year and last. <G>
We are due to cruise on Sunday and are watching Wilma very carefully since it is projected to go come across South Florida where Jim said. Then it will head straight for Ft. Lauderdale-Port Everglades!! The question is whether the ships that are out will be able to get into port-I'm sure they'll be closed. Our Star Princess is due in Sunday AM. Wilma is scheduled to hit Florida around 8PM Saturday. Ships will be either early or late.
Wish us luck, as we've planned to drive down to Ft. L on Saturday. We have a hotel reservation there that night.
