Default Valor Review

Hello All! I just wanted to take a quick moment to clarify something that is in my recent review of the Valor. When I reread it today, I realized that I made a statement about Americana that may be taken differently than I had intended. From some previous postings I was expecting that everywhere I looked there would be American flags and icons on the Valor and that it would be overwhelming. I personally love Americans and my husband has been working in the USA for over 2 years now and I meant no offence but rather only intended to point out that the ship was not gaudy nor did I feel that the American theme was overwhelming. My apologies to anyone who may have read this as it appears rather than how it was intended.

No offense taken: Your comment was only about the theme not about the country or the people. I felt that in my ONLY experience with Carnival on the Carnival Legend they took the Urn theme a little over the top and believe that anything can be overdone.

I stress that was my only experience with Carnival and I also believe that a cruise line can't be entirely judged on one experience. Overall the food and many other aspects of the cruise were first rate and I would cruise with them again.

Take care,
Mike
