Cute reminder Merry, thanks. Actually, in Britain, they put their clocks ahead 1 hour LAST weekend (we lost another hour in our already-too-short weekend!), so I called my son and told him to put all the clocks forward at home too. Only when I got home on Tuesday did I realize that ours were not supposed to go ahead till THIS weekend!
I talked to my sister last night, in "da UP" and she was totally unaware of the time change!
I asked her if she hasn't listened to the radio, tv or anything and she said, I wondered why they were talking about it so early when it is a month away! :-)
I keep telling her being up there in the north woods, she is really out of touch! She is a hoot!
Okay! You'll like this story about my last cruise!
During the Hawaiian cruise we travelled 2 time zones. My watch is dual analog digital. But the watch cannot be set manually in the trafitional sense. You have to select the time zone then let the watch reset itself.
That means that instead of rolling back, it rolls forward 23 hours while keeping the date the same.
So, when I switched from PST to YST, while it was running through its paces I showed it to some people and told them, Oh no! We're in the Bermuda triangle!" People loved it!
