Irish - you must be getting very excited. My nephew just got there this month, he is scheduled to be there a year. Next year at this time we will feel the anticipation you are now. Give him a big thank you from me when he gets home. I appreciate the dedication of our military.
It is chilly here - 27 degrees at the moment. Don't know what is on tap for today. Might look around for a car for the kids, they are looking in TN too, but not having much luck.
Just another beautiful day here in Central Florida. Congrats Irish, and a salute from this old Marine for his service.
On the way to pick up another yard of U-Cart concrete. The lovely Mrs. Jones and I are pouring our driveway, 10 feet at a time. We're getting close now, and only have two more pours after this one. It's very satisfying to do work like this yourself. (great exercise too!)
Got to run. Happy Saturday to all of you, and see you aboard soon.
Good Morning all! Irish this old AF Master Sergeant sends his best wishes for a safe return and a big salute for his service.
More problems with my Pacifica as a result of the accident in July. Last week they installed the seat track that had been back ordered for ages and I mentioned that it was noisy. Took it in yesterday and what we thought was an exhaust leak was a broken motor mount. It is now at the shop for next few days.
Everyone have a great day!!!!!!

Doug, I love your Key West pictures! (and most every other one you send).
It's 68 here in Avon Park FL and partly-mostly cloudy. However, the sun is peeking through at times.
There's not much on tap for us today. We should have the stamina of Skymaster and the Lovely Mrs. Jones--we could do wonders!!
Also, a salute to the homecoming as well. John, I know you are very proud and will feel much better seeing him in person!! We're waiting to hear when the hubby of one of our fellow cruisers returns-the cruise will be his R+R. We are proud of our military and appreciate them very much.
Morning All, barely morning that is, at 11:25!! I had to take a sleeping pill last night and I didn't wake up till 11 a.m.!! Must've needed the rest!
It's dull, dark and cold here in Montreal today. High of 9C so far (about 48F) and not looking much better for the next few days. Alot of trees have lost their leaves already and it is depressing, knowing what's coming next..
Off to do some errands today, looking for carpeting for the basement.
Hope you all have a more interesting day.
