Default December 25 and late post

I hope everyone of you had a wonderful day this season.

Mine was filled with pleasure with my daughter and mother in law.

I cooked believe it or not. Prime rib, scalloped potatoes, spinach soufflé, salad and rolls. None of us could even touch the dessert. Guess the dessert will be tomorrows dinner. A chocolate silk pie. Got MILK?

Thanks for checking in Steve. I was wondering how you were doing this holiday season.

Your menu sounds ab-fab! And please, send a piece of that Chocolate silk pie to Wisconsin!!!

Steve,

I'm glad you had such a wonderful Christmas. I have the same problem as you do. I have two, untouched, cheesecakes sitting in the refrigerator. There was too much other food and no one was up for dessert. Everyone is going on diets this week so Kramer may end up having some tasty treats.

Take care and a happy New Year.
Mike

It's good to hear from you, Steve. Your dinner sounds delicious, and I'm sure it will be no problem to finish off those desserts today.

I also had a fabulous dinner complements of my brother and his wife. Melt in your mouth prime rib, baked stuffed potatoes and green beans followed with a delicious slice of Kahlua chocolate cake that my niece made.

I'm glad that you had your loved ones around you to share the day with also.

Phyll

Hey, Steve! So nice to see your post!

Believe it or not, we had almost the same meal at my SIL's house. At the end, everyone was willing to tuck into pumpkin pie with whipped cream on it.

Hope you post regularly again.
