Default Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow....

Well, we got the cars dug out, and the driveway cleaned, and then the City plow came down, and here we go again.... Anybody want some snow?

No Thanks Donna, I have enough of my own snow. My DS had to roll around in the snow to flatten it so the dog could do his business. My DS loved that job he was a snowman when he came back inside.

Donna, I'll take about 6", for about 3 days! Do you deliver to the Texas Gulf Coast?

I simply can't imagine where I would start, with moving that much snow! Where do you put it?

Default Let It Snow. Let It Snow, Let It Snow . . .

Boy, that sure brings back childhood memories from Minnesota! I saw on television that the kids back east are reveling in all the new snow. I'll stick with cold and light to moderate rain that's predicted for us for the rest of the week.

Good Lord that's a lot of snow!!

I wonder if all of it on your roof makes good insulation......?

Brrrr, makes me even happier that I moved south this year.
Dean, I grew up in New England and I remember that my grandfather used to shovel the snow up around the foundation of the house for insulation.

No thanks, RD! I love you but not that much. We were supposed to get snow here on Saturday, but only got a mist of freezing rain - thank God! It's been cold here but we haven't YET had to deal with snow.

Apparently it does insulate, unless of course it gets to heavey and you dont remove it, cause then your roof is sitting in your living room and the insurance wont cover it cause an owner is responsable to get it off the roof at a certain point! Ah winter..............as for where do we put it, you just keep piling it till you have a real good old fashioned winter. Funny, when I got home last night, DS said to me "Mum, its been a long time since we had snow like this, it feels kind of nice to have it again". Last year, the whole month of December had 8.6 CM of snow, compared to the 110 CM we have had this year, in honesty we have not had real winter or snow in a few years, so maybe thats why we struggle it with more a little cause you get used real fast to not dealing with it! Well, I dont mind, I really don't , except till the internet outage, now thats where my patience was done!
