That's 50 cabins, right?

Is there any kind of a land trip at the end?

I'm not certain of # of cabins. And we won't really know until final payment is due of course. I know there are some singles onboard. Not sure if there are any with 3 or 4 in a cabin.

We have not planned any group post cruise activities, as people are all spending different amounts of time in Italy. We have arranged optional group tours for Florence or Tuscuany from Livorno, and our own buses for transfers to Rome post cruise for those staying post cruise.

Unfortunately, the flight home costs roughly double that of the balcony.

I don't know where home is... maybe Rio I certainly don't know what air fare is exactly, but I know those who booked Carnival air are paying in the $599 to $899 range, depending on where they are from.

Rinker do the Yahoo farechase one way flights. It would be fun to cruise with you. Me and Crazysis are going on this cruise. I'll show you my yellow teeth and you can guess my age.

That is where you allow the cruise line to purchase the air portion for you.

take a train to Naples. Let's see here you can take a one way AA flight to MIA with one stop for $206 Per person. Then Leaving Da Vinci airport on May 12 Gives you two days in Rome. Then from Da Vinci to PDX stops in Frankfurt and Chicago would be $795 per person. I will PM you this information is from Orbitz.

Should I just double the cost if traveling alone?

The fuel surcharge and automatic tip...should I double those too?

Ya know we paid about 1300.00 for an oceanview for just 7 days.
I think my days of the T/A are over.

I wish we could make this cruise.
but like Rinker said, tha air fare is a killer.
We have a river cruise booked for April 1-15 instead.
the air is a lot less expensive thru a TA (which I am one.)
If you know the insider secrets

Kuki:
They are great prices for the duration of the cruise. I wish Gary and I could swing it, but we cannot. One of these days, I'll get to do a Transatlantic.
