Miami Airport to Port Of Miami

Planning to cruise from Miami in September. Anyone know the aproximate cost of a taxi from the airport to the port?

Can't remember exactly but it is $25/30 including tip.

It's a flat rate $26 as I recall, plus tip and luggage. About a 15 - 20 minute trip.

Three weeks ago it was a flat rate of $24. plus tip. Nothing extra for luggage however we only had 2 suitcases.

Laura,

Budget $30 with tip. It is "flat rate" pricing and, as others have said, it's around $25.

Make sure you pick up your cab at the taxi stand and do not hail one yourself. There are gypsy cabs that will pick you up and once you are in the car and moving they try to charge you an exorbitant amount. This isn't urban myth, it happened to Anne Campbell.

Last time it cost about $25.00 and no charge for the baggage,
I guess it depends on the driver.

It does not depend on the driver. It is a flat rate and it is $25. Some people will add a tip to make it a little more.

If you get your cab at the taxi stand and the driver tries to charge you more don't pay it. Also: Don't get in the cab until you know the price.
