I think there is some wrong business practice at hand here, a basic underhand to any travel agent.. I just don't like the sound of this, I hope it is limited to just Carnival??? Thanks for you story.
I have been contacted by several representatives of Carnival, as a result of this particular blog, so in my blog next week will be a follow up of this topic from Carnival's perspective.
