Have you ben lucky enough to see the green flash at sunset in Key West?
Usally I have been there on a ship, and we left before sunset:. The one time I was there for a weekend, and we went down to Mallory Sq, it was an overcast night, and couldn't see it
Have you seen it, & was it spectacular?

I have not seen it out of Key West but I have seen a green flash off the west coast at sunset many of times when we were off shore Shrimping or crabbing.
Hello everyone,
My last cruise in December I saw the green flash for the firt time,it does stay a few second. You can see a nice pix on Google and also see that there is a blue flash.
Have a nice day,
MTL
We're still Desperately Seeking Sunset, oh no that was almost a Madonna movie I obviously meant the Green Flash - oh another movie
We've seen many clear sunsets over the seas, but still yet to see the flash. We are right in thinking it happens as the top of the sun slips below the horizon aren't we ?
