Morning Mates, sunshine on a Saturday may not be a big deal to most of you, but believe me, it is most welcome here! Bright blue cloudless sky, but only 10C so far. It may go up to 14 later, or 57F, not exactly beach weather, but we'll take it!
I have a free morning, and then a training session on the Ship Hector all afternoon. Have to learn how to do the job I've been doing for the past month.....
I hope I feel like going by then, as last night I came down with a "creeping crud" kind of thing, starting with a very sore throat and achy all over.
Time to medicate myself and rest I guess...
Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon from where it is hot, hot, hot, in Virginia Beach! I got up early this morning and did hit a few garage sales on my to the bank. Luck was on my side when I bought some nice crystal bowels. The great thing about garage saling is that you never know what you are going to find! Rob and I are just "chilling" this evening because Rob is "under the weather". Next weekend we are driving up to Maryland to watch one of our grandson's swim in a meet. Grandchildren grow up too fast!
Balabusta, I do hope those were crystal BOWLS you bought, not crystal BOWELS!!
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
It's almost eight at night so that must mean it's time for Todd to post.
Been helping a good friend get their business back into order and by the time I get home I'm exhausted They had personnel problems and for some reason that's my thing and I've about got everything straightened out without ailenating staff, customers, etc. Trouble is, as much as I enjoy it, it's way too much like work and I don't have that in me that much anymore. I think of myself as a "fireman." Get in, fix the problem and get out. I've declined from "forestfire" status to glowing campfires.
Hope everyone's having a grand weekend and I love you too Luanne!
