Steve Jobs has died

With extreme sadness and regret I must post that Steve Jobs has died. The world has lost a true, "One of a kind."

May he rest in peace.

A sad loss, indeed..He has been so ill, for so long..he is at peace now.

Just saw that on facebok...I didn't even know he was ill, but when I saw him "stepping down" recently, I thought he didn't look well...

He was diagnosed with a form of pancreatic cancer back in 2004 - Steve Jobs - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Few people are fortunate enough to be that passionate and that successful at what they do. The world definitely lost a visionary today. :(

I may say how I am not a of fan of Macs but that is irrelevant. Steve Jobs was a man of vision and the ability to put that vision into the hands of people. There are many with "an idea". He was man who made his dreams, visions and ideas a reality and changed the world as we know it.

May he set rest in peace.

Take care,
Mike

The man had a passionate life full of dreams and visions that he shared with the rest of us. May he rest in peace.

What a shock it was to hear this news--- I knew he was ill but this seems so sudden--- living in the heart of Silicon Valley I know how much more this loss will be felt-----
My heart goes out to his family and friends too---

Steve Job's passing has left a great loss to the world; from people who are into technology to the kid that enjoys going to "Chuck E. Cheese", he will be sorely missed. He can now "rest in peace" from the pain that had wrecked his body.
