Default Wednesday Good Morning

Morning Mates, it's another dull, cold and wet day here in the land that summer forgot....
It's ridiculous to have 8C (46F) in June!

Anyway, I have some news: last night I weighed in at TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and am now officially a KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly), which means that I met my targeted goal weight, and in less than 6 months!
Some people struggle for years to become a KOPS, some never make it, so I am very proud.
Now, to KEEP it off!

Wednesday is Walk Day (if it stops raining....) then work, then Trivia Night, always something to look forward to around here!

Good morning Donna and all those to follow.

Donna, Congradulations to your weight loss. I know you worked very hard on it.

Not much planned for today.

I hope all of you have a good one.

Luanne

Good morning and I add to Luanne's congratulations! Fran was very proud she was a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers which is like your KOPS.

Darn lawn tractor broke down. It's something with the blades and/or shaft but I just am no longer able to jack it up and get under it. Oh, I can get under it just fine but I can't get back up without crawling over to something substantial with which to pull myself back up. So, there will be a call to the lawn and garden shop to pick it up. I'll also have the oil and all the filters changed thought it hasn't really had all that much use since I did it during the winter. I've only used it about eight or so times thus far this season but I figured since it's going to be there...........

Hope everyone has a wonderful Hump day!!!!

A sunny, warming day in NW Ohio. To be in the low 70's. I hope it lasts through the weekend or, at least, Saturday.

I will be out the next several days. Saturday is our DD#2 wedding. There is a hall to decorate, rehearsal, mani and pedi for bride, sister and me! And then the big day on Saturday. This is a large, county-type wedding. Day starts early with hair appointments, getting dressed, pictures before ceremony, the ceremony itself lasts about an hour, then more pictures. Dinner and dance lasting until about midnight. Then, it is clean-up, splitting up the leftovers with the groom's family, returning tuxes, cake stand, etc., and taking in the wedding dress to be cleaned. I will catch up with myself around Tuesday of next week!

My INR remains low so I will be on injections for yet another week. It is getting really, really old! My poor gut is a giant bruise with lumps (hematomas) all over. I think I counted sixteen this morning (eight per side - at least I have it evened out!!!! )

RD - congrats on the weight loss!!

Luanne - have a good day!

Todd - take it easy and let someone else fix the lawn tractor!

Have a good day, weekend all!

Default Wednesday Good Morning

Good morning, and a sunny one it is! The nice cool temp has been replaced with a hot one.

Donna, congratulations on the weight loss.

Todd, yes, let someone else take care of the mower.

A quiet day planned here.

Good afternoon from another sunny day in south Texas!

Not much planned for today other than setting up a new tie down outside for the pup for short run-arounds in back yard. Have to run to store to get new tie out for her since she broke the old one yesterday.

No cooking for me tonight as Mom brought me a nice sugar buster diet meal for dinner this evening.

Hope everyone is having a pleasant Wednesday!!
