Carnival Launches Travel Agent Outreach Program
Well, it appears Carnival is beginning to realize that once again they made a mistake and that travel agents really are important to their company's well-being. It'll be interesting to see if this is just more shallow talk or if it will really lead to any meaningful changes.

And here's the latest about this from Lynn Torrent, Carnival's Executive Vice President of Sales and Guests Services.
I loved her comment, "But we can listen and contemplate and we can explain our rationale, and thatís what we want to accomplish."
In short, what they want to accomplish is explaining their rationale!!
To me it says they're going to pretend to listen, make you believe they are contemplating your feedback, and then ignore all that while "explaining" their rationale behind doing what they're doing and not making any changes whatsoever!
Gotta love it!!
