Morning Mates, we are having a "Monday Meltdown" today, temps are back up to +6C and everything is melting. I may get those lights outside finally!
We are off to another Dr. appointment this morning, follow up on the leg, which seems to be doing OK, although he still has a lot of pain. I'm also trying to resolve some pain issues, hoping to get a referral for that.
Meanwhile, today I start the first day of the last 3 weeks of work. I have decided to give up my job and am going to try to hang in until the Christmas break. I just can't physically do it anymore, I am living with chronic pain and all the bending, squatting, and pushing furniture around at work doesn't help. So my new year will be semi-retirement and a search for a new job!
Foggy out my window today...the kind of day that says, stay in bed with a cuppa tea, Trip!
Donna, I feel your pain literally, and have been on a quest to discover what's going on...happily, all tests came back good, including for lyme disease..I haven't been in the woods for years....<vbg> Good luck on your job hunt.
Here is a shot of my new southerners, setting up their tree. Lucy gets the special honor this season, with help from her Daddy....
Make it a good one.
Trip, with her book & tea!

Thanksgiving was a wonderful time. Had the family over and there were no food mishaps or catastrophes. Just a good meal and a nice day and weekend. Betty and my granddaughter did Black Friday shopping and got some decent deals but nothing really good. Also, the crowds weren't too bad.
Nothing much on the agenda for today. We will just see what happens.
Trip: Great picture.

Donna, I'm so sorry to hear that your pain is so bad that it is costing you your job. Enjoy your semi retirement while it lasts, and good luck with finding an appropriate job which will give you the income you need but be kind to your body and inspiring to your mind.
