Default costa atlantica vs dawn princess

Greetings!
We are trying to book a cruise next January - Previously we have always sailed on Princess. We love the Dawn Princess.
We are trying to find out if anyone has sailed on both cruise lines. Did you like one better than the other???
How did the cabins and food compare.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!
Connie

We have cruised on Costa 2x and on Princess 13x. We cruised on the Atlantica last month. The food, service and entertainment was excellent. The cabin was very well designed and much better than any of our Princess cruises. Costa and Princess are totally different so it is almost impossible to compare. Costa is more international and as they say it is cruising Italian style. We enjoyed the Atlantica and plan to cruise her again in the Caribbean next year.

As Evelyn has said, they are very different ships. Try the Atlantica. It will be a very different Caribbian cruise experience... far from the cookie cutter stuff.

VERY EUROPEAN, EXCELLENT SIZE CABINS, LOTS OF SPACE.....A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR US FROM PRINCESS AND RCCL

STILL PREFER ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINES. AND SMALLER SHIPS.

Costa is my favorite line. I have sailed 10 cruises on this line. The food is wonderful, the staff warm, friendly and very attentive. There is a great ambiance on these ships, that you can't find on other lines. I have two groups reserved on Costa for January. One on the Victoria, and one on the Atlantica. If you are interested, let me know. You won't be sorry. The Atlantica is a magnificent ship, and the Victoria is equally as beautiful. Costa has outdone themselves.
