Default Selection process for Steiner

i`m considering applying to Steiner (England) to work on board Cruise Ships. I have a I.I.H.H.T Certificate in Swedish Massage and have been told to apply by recruitment manager of steiner. However, I`m not employed as a Massage therapist and need to find out if references can come from alternative employment. Can anybody fill me in on the practical aspect of the interview and whart the training school is like. Any insight into life on board would be great, such as hours worked, hard sales of products involved/good/bad aspects of job. Typical earnings.

Cheers, darren
